Professional services
Services are provided by FinOpeX Solutions Inc. The scope, responsibilities, fees and delivery arrangements are agreed in writing before an engagement begins. Audit and assurance engagements are not offered through these services.
Taxation
Tax preparation support and filing coordination depend on the return type and agreed engagement. Filing arrangements, required authorizations and any external specialist fees are confirmed before work begins. General website content is not personalized tax advice.
Systems & automation
SAP services cover functional processes, requirements, reporting, testing and user support; configuration and coding are separately excluded. AI assessment, blueprint and pilot-design engagements do not include a production agent unless specifically agreed. Human approval remains part of financial judgment and reporting.
Service pricing
Fees are agreed in writing and quoted in CAD before applicable taxes. Licences, hosting, domains, API usage and third-party fees are separate. Scope extensions require an agreed quote. Timelines begin once complete inputs and access have been received. A revision is a consolidated round within the original scope.
FinOpeX app & launch offers
The FinOpeX app is in development. Proposed self-service features and promotions are subject to final confirmation. Availability, eligibility, pricing and any offer terms will be announced at launch. No app discount is currently offered through this website.
